In India filing a criminal case is like ordering pizza, there is no deterrent for filing & pursuing a false criminal/civil case. You can easily ruin your opponent b=by filing false case and entangling him in Tardy Judicial System.
There is no deterrent, Indian Judiciary is deliberately reluctant to exercise power under section CrPC 340 to punish "Legal Terrorists".
It is big business and multi-million rupees scam thats run by "Legal Terrorists", Police and Advocates in collusion with Judiciary.
People in power do not want to stop it, because it suits them. I hope AAP will do some serious Judicial reforms.
